Who this covers
This policy applies to this website operated by Marty Fulford, Licensed Real Estate Agent, 520 NW Oak Ave B, Corvallis, OR 97330. It does not cover third party sites reached from links here, including YouTube, or any separate systems your lender, title company or Fulhouse Realty, llc may operate.
What the site collects
The site uses Google Analytics to understand how it is used: which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived, the device and browser, and an approximate location worked out from your IP address. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this. You can block them in your browser or with Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Our host, Cloudflare, also counts page views and measures how quickly pages load (Cloudflare Web Analytics); it does not set cookies. The site runs no advertising pixels. Beyond that, the only information that reaches us is what you choose to send.
- Contact form. Your name, email, phone, the details you choose to add and the page you sent it from. Submissions are received and stored by our form provider, Basin (usebasin.com), which forwards them to Marty by email.
- Calls, texts and email. If you phone, text or email, we keep what you send so we can respond and follow up.
- Server logs. Our host, Cloudflare Pages, records standard request data such as IP address, timestamp and user agent for security and reliability. [TODO-CLIENT] confirm the retention period from Cloudflare's documentation.
Embedded video
Videos on this site are loaded from YouTube only after you click play. Until you do, no request is made to YouTube and no YouTube cookie is set. Once you press play, YouTube receives your request and its own privacy policy and cookies apply. We use the youtube-nocookie.com player, which limits but does not eliminate that tracking.
How information is used
To answer your question, provide real estate services you have asked for, and keep in touch about your move. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except where it is necessary to carry out a transaction you have asked us to work on, such as with a lender, title company, inspector or cooperating broker, or where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling (541) 829-2556 or emailing [email protected]. Real estate transaction records are subject to Oregon record retention rules and may have to be kept even after a deletion request.
